Middle School:  Tuesday & Thursday



Session 1        7:30 – 9:00 a.m. (Varsity/Sophomores)

Session 2        10:00 – 11:00 a.m.   (Incoming Freshman)

Session 3        11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.  (Middle School – grades 6-8) 

Session 4        5:00 – 6:30 p.m. (Varsity/Sophomores)
Summer Lifting (Hub Power) is available for both male and female athletes, grades 6th through 12th .  Incoming Freshman, Sophomores, Juniors and Seniors begin their program on Monday, June 2nd and finish on Tuesday, August 5th.   Middle School students begin their program on Tuesday, June 3rd and finish on Thursday, July 31st.   There is no cost for the Hub Power program.
